Conv2DCustomBackpropFilterOp only supports NHWC You're using data_format='channels_first' (NCHW, i.e., (batch, channels, height, width)) in your Conv2D layers BUT: TensorFlow (especially with GPU) only supports backpropagation for channels_last (NHWC) in many Conv2D ops. Your input shape and reshaping are all using channels_first, which causes this conflict.

You're using data_format='channels_first' (NCHW, i.e., (batch, channels, height, width)) in your Conv2D layers BUT:
TensorFlow (especially with GPU) only supports backpropagation for channels_last (NHWC) in many Conv2D ops.
