Fixed the logic so that Night mode is not reported as Stay with. the logic now considers no entry delay in order to report as N mode.

This PR Closes issue # 361 and implements an additional feature.
In the current esp8266 OpenHAB-mqtt example, it allows to Arm (Stay, Away) but did not have feature implemented for "N" which is night mode (no entry delay).
This pull request implements that additional feature and includes the updated THING and ITEM definitions to support.
