Installation
You can install the GSF Parser in a two diffent ways. First, you'll want to make sure that your SW:TOR installation has combat logging to file enabled. You can check this by going into SW:TOR, press ESC and then press the Settings button. The navigate to the Combat Logging section and check the box Enable combat logging to file. This will automatically create a folder in your documents folder names Star Wars - The Old Republic/CombatLogs. This is where your CombatLogs will be stored.
Downloading the GSF Parser is incredibly easy. Just navigate to the releases page of this repository and choose whether you want the latest stable release or a pre-release beta version. The latest stable version is marked with a green identifier and the pre-release one with a red identifier. You can see them both below.

When you found the release you want, you can check the release notes, which are displayed under the release title, or you can start downloading immediately by clicking one of the attached files. If you download the Source Code, you will need Python set-up with all the dependencies you can find in the README in order to run the GSF Parser. This is a complicated process, so it's recommended you choose either the ZIP-file or the Setup.
You can extract the ZIP-file to any place you want with your favourite tool and then you can immediately start using the GSF Parser by double-clicking parser.exe.
First make sure you have uninstalled any previous versions of the GSF Parser. Then you can install the GSF Parser by using the installer like for any normal program. Your computer might give a security warning, this is normal behaviour. Preventing this behaviour requires a code-signing certificate, which costs several hundreds of dollars each year, which is way too expensive for a simple open-source project.
For Windows 7 users, it is currently impossible to use the GSF Parser in its compiled form, due to issues with PyInstaller. Neither the ZIP-file nor the Setup will work. You can check the status of this issue here. If you are on another operating system and you are still experiencing issues, you can open an issue report in the repository or send an e-mail to RedFantom at redfantom@outlook.com.
