We do our best to make the GSF Parser as simple and straightforward to use as possible. If you have used the ZIP-file to install the GSF Parser, you can start the program as described in the Installation page. If you have used the Setup installation, you can navigate to your Start Menu and select GSF Parser there to start.

Features

The GSF Parser currently supports file parsing, real-time parsing and generating graphs of your CombatLogs. To use all features, make sure your CombatLogs folder is correctly set in the settings. If you see less CombatLogs than you think you should, check the folder and how much you have played since the Combat logging to file was enabled. If you want to take a look at the features currently in development, you can check the issues-tracker of the repository.

Performance impact

When looking at this program, you may be wondering: "My laptop is so crappy, wouldn't it make the whole thing crash?" Or maybe you're just worried about the health of your computer. The GSF Parser features many settings in order to choose the features that your computer can handle. Screen parsing can be resource intensive if your computer has limited performance, but you can choose the ones that you find most important.

Available features are:

  • Tracking penalty (medium)
  • Ship health (heavy)
  • Mouse and keyboard (light)
  • Spawn Timer (heavy)
  • MiniMap Location (heavy)
  • Map and Match type (heavy)
